Chilton Cell Phone Policy

This is just a reminder that students need to have cell phones on silent and in their backpacks during class. We are teaching students to check their cell phones during passing periods and lunch. We have told them if families need to contact them because of an emergency then families can call the school office to notify a student. We also understand there are unique scenarios that come up and we want students/families to communicate with their teacher if a student needs access to their cell phone for a specific reason on a specific day/class.

End of 1st Trimester

Families should have received and email today, Friday, November 12th, about how to access Trimester 1 report cards.

Roseville's Gingerbread House Contest.

We are gathering holiday supplies to create a Bobcat Bungalow Gingerbread House for the City of Roseville's Gingerbread House Contest.  Our students will collectively design and build our own gingerbread house to enter it into the 4th annual gingerbread house contest with our city.  It will be on display in the Civic Center (311 Vernon Street) from December 1- December 10 for the community to enjoy.  There will be a community vote too.  Voting begins online on December 1 and continues the entire week until Thursday, December 9.  The community votes for the winner in each category.  Our category is "Company/Organization".  Contest winners will be announced on December 10 on the City's website.

Students will be informed when we have enough supplies to create the Bobcat Bungalow for the contest.  If you would like to contribute to our gingerbread house, please use the signup genius link and drop all supplies off at the front office before Thursday, Nov 11.  If you have Halloween candy that you think can be transformed into the next holiday, feel free to drop it off as well.  All food items will not be consumed, so they do not need to be individually wrapped.

Thank you,

School Counselors - Mrs. Murray & Mrs. Stallions

Day of Awesomeness

The Day of Awesomeness has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 4th. This is a special activity that some of our students earned as a prize for collecting $60 during our Step It Up Fundraiser from last month. The Day of Awesomeness will include 7 stations of inflatables, a DJ Dance Party, and the Prize Tent for students who have $120 or more in donations.

Here are some items students need to bring:
  • Socks - Students need to bring an extra pair of socks. Students may not wear their shoes on the inflatables. Socks ARE REQUIRED for the event. NO SOCKS, no inflatables.
  • Water - Students should bring a water bottle.
  • Backpacks - Students should bring their backpacks out to the event – This way they have a place for their water bottle. If they earn prizes from the prize tent, they will have a place to put them.
