Week of 2/7 - 2/11, 2022

Hello Bobcat Families!

Spirit Week!!

New Start and End Times 2022/23 School Year

Due to a change in state legislation, we wanted to inform you of changes to Chilton’s school day starting and ending times for the 2022-23 school year. The new law requires that high schools start no earlier than 8:30 am and middle schools no earlier than 8:00 am. The Roseville Joint Union High School District transports RCSD’s bus-riding students; therefore, our schools must start earlier to accommodate the new required start times for the high schools.

For our students at Chilton, this means our school day for the 2022-23 school year will begin at 8:05am and will end at 2:16pm. We will still have a PLC early release day that will be on Wednesdays next year, and on that day, students will be released from school at 12:53pm

We understand that this change will potentially impact morning and afternoon routines, and therefore we wanted to make sure you were made aware of this change as soon as possible. As we get more detailed information on our daily bell and bus schedules, we will share the information with our school community. Thank you!
